TECHsperience offers full service IT services, acting as your full service offsite IT department. We will administer and advise on your entire computer infrastructure. This includes Server Monitoring, Security Auditing, Workstation and Server imaging and maintenance, Backup Monitoring and testing, tech planning, lifecycle management, and new software advisory and implementation.

Tech Support

TECHsperience provides on-call technical support for issues required immediate attention, including Internet connectivity problems, virus infection, data loss, and hardware failure. Tech support can be negotiated as part of a comprehensive technology support contract or purchased on a per incident basis. Immediate phone support is also available by phone during regular business hours.

Mobile Computing

TECHsperience supports its clients with mobility and flexibility in mind. We have many years of experience with mobile computing security standards and protocols.
